09-05-2012 Rotterdam Princess Laurentien released 3 sturgeon fish ( steur) in the Nieuwe Maas near the Zalmhuys in Rotterdam.
The release of the 3 fish by the Princess is part of the campaign of the WWF and ARK to trytto get the sturgeon back in the Dutch rivers.
A sturgeon can grown till 3 and a half meters long. It is one of the eldest fishgroups on earth and more than 200 years old.
